Bond Vote 2025 The project will cost $13.5 million and will be paid for using a general obligation bond. Bonds are like a low interest loan that the district pays off using revenue generated from property taxes. The district used a bond to pay for the gym and science room addition and is proposing extending that debt to pay for these updates.
At Northeast Community School District, the success of our students is rooted in our community. This bond vote represents the next step in ensuring our facilities can continue to serve our community.

Dear Northeast Families,
On November 4, 2025, Northeast residents will vote on a bond measure that would provide funding to update the aging Middle/High School building and create new learning spaces. If approved, the plan would address critical building system upgrades and add space for Career & Technical Education Labs. More details are included in the attached handouts.
Please mark your calendars and join us at a Community Open House on Thursday, October 9th at 6:00pm.
Thank you for being an engaged and supportive community!
